American DataBank offers an easy way for independent owners/landlords to screen their tenants. Simply click here to generate our order by fax form; fill out the form and fax it to American Databank along with the disclosure and release form signed by the applicant. (You can use our disclosure and release form or if the disclosure and release form is part of rental application you can send us the lease/rental agreement). After we receive your fax we do the rest of the work for you providing a report that is easy to read and understand. Most credit reports are returned within the same day and eviction/criminal record results are returned within 48 hours. All three packages include a comprehensive credit report and credit score providing insight into your potential tenant.

Standard Background Check Package

This package provides you with a complete assessment of an applicant's credit and eviction record history. This search provides you with a credit report that details the applicant's credit background and address history. You will also get an eviction record report revealing an applicant's eviction history. Economy Package + Evictions Report

Premium Background Check Package

Price: $55

Average Turnaround Time: 24 - 48 hours

This package provides the most thorough screening for you applicant. This search will provide a credit report with details on the applicant's credit background and address history.

You will also get an eviction record report revealing an applicant's eviction history and you will get one county/statewide criminal record search per applicant (Excludes the State of New York). Additional states/jurisdictions for county/statewide criminal record searches can be added at $30 per search by clicking here.
